A monkey farming coconuts

Koh Samui is home to more varieties of coconut palm trees than almost anywere on earth. Monkeys are trained in nearby Suratthani to climb the trees and pick the fruit, which are used to make some of the most delicious fresh coconut milk and coconut cream imaginable.
